A man who was fired from a car dealer using the Internet to remotely disable the starter and more than 100 cars sold in the workplace ever.
Police arrested Omar Ramos-Lopez, 20 years, on Wednesday (18 / 3) and a charge of committing crimes through computer security breaches.
"Ramos-Lopez, a former employee there, using a password to turn off the ignition and the car horn when the vehicle will move," said police.
Some car owners said they had to call the tow truck or let him stranded in the workplace or home.
"He led this offense is now the victim can not go to work," said a police spokesman, Veneza Aguinaga.
"They have to find truck. They do not know what's happening with their vehicles," he added.
Ramos-Lopez was in Travis County jail on Wednesday on bail of U.S. $ 3,000 (Rp27, 2 million).
